Key responsibilities of the Senior Content Marketing Manager;
Reporting into the Marketing Director, you’ll be responsible for the strategy and execution of content marketing to help build their digital footprint, drive traffic and generate leads. Day to day you’ll be involved in;
Strategy; in line with the marketing and SEO strategy, build a content marketing strategy
Competitor Analysis; understand what competitors are doing and keep track of their content marketing activities
Brand Messaging; define the brand messaging and tone of voice
Content Marketing; create a variety of content marketing activities to build awareness, traffic, engagement and demand
Content Assets; oversee the production of content assets – lead magnets, templates, cheat sheets etc.
Sales Support; ensure the sales team have the knowledge and collateral to successfully go to market with
Skills & experience the Senior Content Marketing Manager must have;
Content marketing experience in the B2B Tech Space
Any product knowledge of MarTech, digital marketing technology or e-commerce would be an advantage but not essential
Excellent writing skills, good story teller
Strategic thinker with a hands on approach
Strong understanding of persona development, customer journeys, segmentation, and CLTV
Salary & benefits for the Senior Content Marketing Manager role;
£55,000 – £65,000 basic + benefits
