Do you have strong internal communications skills? Operating in a professional B2B industry, our client is looking to bring an internal communications specialist to continue to drive great employee engagement. 

Key responsibilities of the Internal Communications Specialist; 


  • Help create an internal communications strategy in conjunction with senior managers
  • Use a variety of channels (email, portal, social, magazine, video) to communicate with a large and disparate workforce
  • Write messages and copy to be used across those channels
  • Utilise social media as a channel to engage with employees
  • Work with senior managers to help them with their message for internal presentations 


Skills and experience the Internal Communications Specialist must bring; 


  • Specialist internal communications experience
  • Experience working in a large business with a diverse workforce
  • Excellent written and verbal communications experience 
  • Experience of using a variety of channels to get your messages across
  • Innovative approach to internal comms
  • Ability to work with a variety of people
  • Some travel is needed 


Salary and benefits for the Internal Communications Specialist role;


£35 - 40,000 basic + car allowance, bonus & excellent benefits
