EXCLUSIVE ROLE; Do you want to work in an AI business in the social enterprise space? Our client uses technology to improve education. If you think about it, why should a child from a privileged background, get a better education than a child who is born into an economically disadvantaged family? Using AI, our clients solutions help close that gap, reduce a teachers workload, and improving a Childs learning.

Selling Points; 

  • You will own and run marketing, reporting into non-marketing people (CEO, Head of Strategic Ops)
  • CEO is a lady who has an OBE and is a ‘thought leader’ in the education space, having worked closely with the government of innovation in the space 
  • You get to help improve how children learn and have a positive impact on society 


  • You’ll need to balance being strategic with rolling up your sleeves and executing - this isn’t a sitting in the ivory tower role
  • Teachers are notoriously hard to market to, and that responsibility will sit with you with nowhere to hide because you’re the top marketer 

Key responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Manager; 

  • Planning; translate the business goals into a marketing strategy, in conjunction with the CEO and senior leaders, to help the business grow 
  • Management; manage the Content Writer  
  • Inbound Marketing; start to develop their inbound approach to marketing by creating great content and starting to utilise Hubspot more 
  • Campaign Management; integrate a variety of channels including email, events, social, PR, events, webinars, videos to educate, engage and convert prospects - ULTIMATELY YOU DECIDE
  • Website/SEO; currently being refreshed but the messaging needs work to turn this into a lead generating machine (you’ll pick up on this project)
  • Sales Collateral; take a fresh look at the collateral and rework where needed 
  • Budget; manage and report on the budget 

Skills & experience the Senior Marketing Manager must have; 

  • B2B marketing experience from the Tech space - ability to plan and a love for getting stuff done 
  • You must be confident with modern digital and inbound approaches 
  • Focus on lead generation 
  • You’ll be able to demonstrate success working for a smaller business where you’re working closely with the founders/CEO (No Blue Chip/Corporate marketers)
  • Strong analytical experience - can use this to influence and use a test and learn approach 
  • Excellent communication skills 

Salary & benefits for the Senior Marketing Manager role; 

£50,000 - £60,000 basic & benefits
