EXCLUSIVE ROLE; Are you strong strategically but enjoy the hands on execution? With ambitions of being at $200m by 2020, this is an excellent opportunity to influence the direction of this established IT services business. 

Selling Points; 

  • Good prospects to be at VP level in 12-24 months

  • Ability to work from home 1 day per week 


  • Balancing the execution in the UK with no direct support and also work at a strategic level with Group in Europe 
  • The company is shifting to a two tier model so you’ll be responsible for driving marketing through the channel 

Key responsibilities of the Head of Marketing; 

  • Planning; develop a marketing strategy to help the business become and thought leader and visionary in their sector 
  • Group Marketing; work with, influence and put forward ideas that can be used on a global basis 
  • Inbound Marketing; build on the success of their inbound approach to marketing, using Marketo to support with that
  • Account Based Marketing; work with a team of 4 sales people in the UK, to identify and maximise opportunities through their accounts suing an ABM approach 
  • Channel Marketing; drive forward the impact marketing has with their channel partners by creating activities to help with this, and scale this significantly with new partners 
  • Campaign Management; integrate a variety of channels including email, social, PR, events, webinars, videos to educate, engage and convert prospects 
  • Sales Enablement; create tool kits for sales teams to use throughout the sales process 
  • Budget; manage and report on the budget 

Skills & experience the Head of Marketing must have; 

  • B2B marketing experience from the Tech space - ability to plan and a love for getting stuff done 
  • You must be confident with modern digital and inbound approaches 
  • Focus on lead generation 
  • Experience of marketing through a channel or partners is a must 
  • Strong analytical experience 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • You must be able to travel quarterly 

Salary & benefits for the Head of Marketing role; 

£65,000 - £75,000 basic + bonus & benefits
