Key responsibilities of the Lead Generation Specialist;

Lead Generation; follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, qualifying them and booking them in to see sales people 

Business Development; proactively call companies in particular verticals, selling in our clients solution 

Competitor/Market Understanding; keep up to speed with the market and competitors so you can discuss this in relation to a prospects needs 

Product Understanding; develop a strong understanding of our clients value proposition so you can match this to a clients problems 

Events; attend relevant events and represent the company with visitors to the stand 

Skills & experience the Lead Generation Specialist must have;

At least 12 months experience in a telephone based sales or telemarketing role 

Knowledge of CRM or Digital tools would be an advantage

Good attention to detail

Excellent IT skills including Excel

The ability to analyse data

A Business or marketing qualification would be an advantage but not a pre-requisite


Salary & benefits for the Lead Generation Specialist;

£28,000 - £30,000 basic + £5,000 - £10,000 commission
