Keen to step up into a Head of role? An award winning business, our client has been established for over a decade and over the last couple of years they’ve doubled their turnover, after phenomenal growth. They have a great working culture and outstanding offices.

Key responsibilities of the Head of Digital; managing one person and reporting into the Group Marketing Director, you’ll be responsible for driving forward the digital strategy for each of the company’s brands. This is a 4 month FTC. Day to day you’ll be involved in:

  • Strategy; take ownership for the digital strategy and its successful execution
  • Website; manage the look, feel and performance of the separate websites
  • Video; use video to drive awareness and engagement with customers and prospects, and manage their YouTube channel
  • Social; manage and improve social activities across Twitter & LinkedIn
  • Email; manage email communications to help nurture prospects and retain existing clients
  • Marketing Automation; use Act-On to automate digital marketing activities
  • PPC; run PPC campaigns and monitor performance
  • Stakeholder Management; communicate ideas, successes and tactics to the wider marketing team, other internal stakeholders and external agencies
  • Budget; manage and report on the digital budget

Skills & experience the Head of Digital must have;

  • B2B digital marketing experience
  • Experience of using marketing automation & video
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel

Salary & benefits for the Head of Digital role;

£55,000 - £60,000 basic + excellent benefits
