Key responsibilities of the Online Acquisition Specialist; you’ll be responsible for creating digital campaigns to drive traffic to the website and then put tactics in place so they convert online to a customer. Day to day you’ll be involved in;

  • Customer Acquisition; use a variety of digital channels to drive traffic to the website and acquire customers - email, social, SEO, PPC, social advertising
  • Campaign Management; translate the digital strategy so your marketing colleagues and external agencies can support on execution 
  • Website; ensure the website converts traffic into leads - this is a B2B e-commerce sale (lower price point, higher volume)
  • Analysis; measure and optimise campaigns 

 

Skills & experience the Online Acquisition Specialist must have;

  • Marketing experience with a focus on digital - B2B or B2C
  • You’ll be strong on customer acquisition and web conversion, and know your numbers 
  • Good knowledge of SEO and Paid Ads
  • eCommerce experience would be an advantage but not essential 
  • Experience of using a marketing automation platform 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commercially astute 

 

Salary & benefits for the Online Acquisition Specialist role;

£38,000 - £42,000 basic + bonus & benefits
