Are you a marketer with B2B and B2C experience who’s looking to step up and have more ownership? Established three years ago, our client is a fast growing recruitment agency who have ambitious targets to open an office in New York. With a fast paced and social culture, they’re now looking to hire their first marketer to help them grow and build brand awareness. 

 

Key responsibilities of the Marketing Manager; reporting into the CEO, you’ll be responsible for both the strategy and execution. Day to day you’ll be involved in;

 

  • Strategy; develop and execute the marketing plan
  • Content; create content to be used across social, in email campaigns and to be used on the website to help with SEO
  • Social Media; promote the business across all their social channels 
  • CRM; manage and monitor the usage of the CRM and ensure the sales team follow best practice
  • Demand Generation; align business development activities with marketing activities, and help support the creation of leads through email marketing 
  • Website; own the performance of the website and optimise content on it to improve search engine rankings
  • Budget; manage and report on the budget 

 

Skills & experience the Marketing Manager must have; 

 

  • B2B and B2C marketing experience - good step up for a marketing executive with c2 years behind them
  • Knowledge or interest in finance would be an advantage 
  • Self starting attitude and a ‘can do’ attitude 
  • Good writing skills
  • High energy and great verbal communications skills 

 

Salary & benefits for the Marketing Manager role; 

 

£35,000 - £45,000 basic + benefits
