Key responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Manager;

 

  • Strategy; help develop the demand generation and brand awareness strategy
  • Execution; own the execution of marketing campaigns by briefing the marketing operations team and ensure campaigns are created on time and on message
  • Creative; based on research, understanding persona’s and their pain points, continually suggest channels, tactics and creative ideas to evolve your campaigns 
  • Analysis and Projections; measure the performance of campaigns and build projections based on prospects at each stage of the acquisition funnel
  • Budget; manage and report on budget

 

Skills & experience the Senior Marketing Manager; 

 

  • Marketing experience in the B2B Technology sector
  • Demonstrable experience of creating demand (MQL’s etc.)
  • Experience of briefing agencies or internal teams to help with the execution  
  • Knowledge of marketing automation would be an advantage 
  • Excellent communications skills in both writing and in person, with an ability to work across various cultures 
  • Good project management skills 

 

Salary & benefits for the Senior Marketing Manager; 

 

£60,000 - £65,000 basic + excellent benefits
