Operating a SaaS model, they’ve built a successful business over the last 20 years and now serve over 800 customers. And with a significant investment, they’re now repositioning the whole business for further growth - something this role will instrumental in shaping.

  • There is so much to do, it’s a case of where do you start first
  • The role is strategic but also requires someone to roll their sleeves up 

 

Key responsibilities of the Head of Demand Generation; reporting into the CMO, you’ll be responsible for putting together, and executing, a demand generation plan. Day to day you’ll be involved in;

  • Strategy; own the demand generation plan
  • Budget; initially £600k - but budget won’t be the limiting factor 
  • Agency Management; manage the performance of a full service agency
  • Demand Generation; decide on what tactics you see fit - inbound, content, ABM, telemarketing, digital, paid…it’s your choice
  • Campaign Management; plan, execute, optimise and measure the success of campaigns
  • Marketing Technology; bring in a marketing stack to help you achieve your goals 

 

Skills & experience the Head of Demand Generation must have;

  • Demand generation experience in the B2B tech space - you could be at this level or looking to step up
  • Experience of managing large full service agencies
  • Knowledgeable across the latest demand generation tactics 
  • Strategic but hands on - comfortable operating in a SME
  • Excellent project management skills and a natural collaborator 
  • Degree educated - business, marketing 

 

Salary & benefits for the Head of Demand Generation role;

£85,000 - £95,000 basic + benefits
