Key responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager; reporting into the CMO, you’ll be responsible for owning and executing their digital marketing activities. Day to day you’ll be involved in;

  • Website; be responsible for content and optimising it for search (SEO)
  • Social Media; manage and improve their social media activities 
  • Marketing Automation; manage Hubspot - create workflows, nurture campaigns & landing pages, upload blogs, and measure pipeline (MQL’s)
  • Email; manage both acquit ion and retention email marketing activities 
  • Content Creation; support with the creation of a wide range of content, including eBooks, blogs, webinars, videos, white papers
  • PPC; write copy for PPC ads and execute paid campaigns 
  • Analysis; measure the effectiveness of activities to help improve activities over time, using Google Analytics, Hubspot and the CRM

 

Skills & experience the Digital Marketing Manager must have;

  • B2B marketing experience with an emphasis on digital
  • Good knowledge of SEO - on page and off page 
  • Strong A/B testing
  • Understanding of inbound marketing
  • Proactive, self starter 
  • Experience of working with marketing automation platform is essential  
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commercially astute 

 

Salary & benefits for the Digital Marketing Manager role;

£35,000 - £40,000 basic + bonus & benefits
