Would you be excited by a taking a new brand to market for a global player? With a globally recognised brand, our client is entering an exciting new phase in it’s growth. Having always sold through partners, they’re now going to create a brand and take it to consumers using e-commerce as the mechanism to drive sales. 

Key responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager; reporting to the HOM, you’ll manage a team of 4 people. Day to day you’ll be involved in - 

  • Management; manage a team of 4 direct reports
  • Strategy; you’ll own the digital marketing strategy and be responsible for bringing it to life 
  • Acquisition; use a variety of digital tactics (SEO, PPC, SEM, social, affiliate) to acquire new customers and be responsible for the e-commerce site
  • Retention; once customers have been acquired you’ll put to use retention programs (SMS, email, telesales) to ensure churn is reduced and renewals are high 
  • Partner Marketing; work with partners who white label their products and help them create assets to use to market your products effectively 
  • Agency Management; work with Digital marketing agencies
  • Reporting; manage the budget and report on ROI

Skills & experience the Digital Marketing Manager must have; 

  • You’ll have experience of digital marketing in an e-commerce environment
  • The experience you have will cover PPC, SEO, email & affiliates
  • Track record of driving the success of a digital e-commerce site by working with stakeholders across design, IT, sales and marketing
  • Operating in a digital first way, you’ll have a rounded marketing background, be laser focussed on ROI and be comfortable using Google Analytics, A/B Testing
  • Strong project management skills, commercially astute and financially competent 

Salary & benefits for the Digital Marketing Manager role; 

£55,000 - £60,000 basic + benefits
