Our client is a market leading B2B software business and now one of the largest privately owned in the UK. After this recent investment, they are now primed for continued growth.

Key responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Manager; reporting into the CMO in the UK, you’ll be responsible for owning and executing on their demand generation marketing activities. Day to day you’ll be involved in;

  • Planning; ensure the marketing plan and messages matches the business objectives 
  • GTM; you’ll analyse their markets - classic SWOT - and create segments and plans for those segments 
  • Sales Enablement; build a strong relationship with the sales team and ensure they’re equipped with the sales tools they need to go to market with
  • Demand Generation; create and execute integrated campaigns to drive demand from their target audience (account based marketing, inbound, social, events, webinars) and work with sales to ensure the sales funnel is optimised 
  • Thought Leadership; identify opportunities with 3rd parties to drive thought leadership within the industry. This may include sponsorship of events, speaker slots for colleagues, awards, research papers)
  • Digital; utilise digital as a channel to build awareness and drive inbound leads, as well as using Hubspot as a central platform for your activities 
  • Measurement; measure the ROI and conversion rates for campaigns and leads 

 

Skills & experience the Senior Marketing Manager must have;

  • B2B marketing experience from the Technology sector
  • Track record of marketing software solutions 
  • Focus on demand generation, with an understanding of how to map the customer journey to sales and marketing  tactics / funnels 
  • Hands on first, strategic second 
  • Experience of working with marketing automation platform 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commercially astute 

 

Salary & benefits for the Senior Marketing Manager role;

£70,000 - £90,000 basic + benefits
