Marketing Manager
Location: Central London (hybrid, two days in office per week)
Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 per annum, plus comprehensive benefits package
The opportunity
Our client is a well-backed B2B technology scale-up headquartered in London. Following sustained commercial growth, they have recently launched a new software platform aimed at enterprise customers.
To support this next phase, they are looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of demand generation and campaign execution.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role within a small marketing team. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and sales, you’ll own multichannel campaigns, develop engaging webinars and turn commercial insights into a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities.
If you enjoy rolling up your sleeves, testing new channels and seeing a clear connection between marketing activity and revenue, there’s plenty of scope to make an impact.
What you will be doing
Demand generation and paid campaigns
- Plan and deliver multi-channel lead generation campaigns across paid LinkedIn, targeted email sequences, and organic channels.
- Write concise briefs for external copywriters and designers to produce high-performing campaign assets and case studies.
- Manage and review marketing agency partnerships to ensure campaign spend delivers measurable commercial returns.
Events and webinars
- Own the planning and delivery of webinars designed to engage decision-makers across target industry sectors.
- Coordinate logistics, branding, and promotional collateral for industry conferences and networking events.
- Ensure clear, proactive follow-up workflows are in place so event interest turns into sales conversations.
Product messaging and sales alignment
- Work with product and sales colleagues to turn feature releases and client feedback into clear, compelling market messaging.
- Provide sales enablement collateral and talking points that resonate with senior decision makers.
Data, tracking, and optimisation
- Oversee day-to-day campaign activity in HubSpot, managing list segmentation, lead scoring, and automated workflows.
- Track conversion metrics across each stage of the funnel to identify what works, what needs adjustment, and where to allocate budget.
What we are looking for
Core capabilities
- A strong foundation in B2B demand generation, ideally within SaaS, enterprise software, or HR technology.
- Previous experience in a B2B technology startup or scale-up, ideally in a hands-on, execution-focused marketing role.
- Practical experience managing campaigns from initial brief through to execution and performance review.
- Hands-on familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
- Experience organising webinars and business events, with a focus on audience attendance and post-event follow-up.
- Comfortable working alongside sales colleagues to align marketing outputs with commercial targets.
Working approach
- A bias for action: someone who prefers executing, testing, and learning over lengthy theoretical planning.
- Pragmatic and adaptable: happy operating in a fast-paced scale-up environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- Analytical mindset: comfortable looking at conversion numbers and attribution data to guide your next decision.
- Collaborative communicator: skilled at gathering inputs from internal teams and briefing external freelancers effectively.
Why this role is worth your time
- Strong benefits package: Generous annual leave, private healthcare, enhanced pension and parental leave, plus a range of wellbeing benefits.
- Modern working environment: A central London office featuring an on-site gym, roof terrace, and regular team lunches, supported by a sustainable hybrid setup of two days on-site per week.
