Role title: Customer Success Manager
Salary: £60,000–£64,000
Location: Central Oxford 3 days per week

About the company

Over the last decade, our client has seen stable and high growth as they’ve expanded from a UK-centric business to one with a global footprint. 

Offering a mix of software, information, and advisory services to a wide range of businesses, they’re now at a time when they need to hire someone to support the launch of the company’s SaaS solutions across EMEA.

The role

Onboarding: onboard new customers and help them get the most out of the company’s platform

Customer Success: create customer success plans and manage QBR’s, ensuring the customer is satisfied and getting value from the platform  

Renewals: manage contract renewals and actively promote the adoption of additional products and services

Technical Support: efficiently handle and resolve both technical and general inquiries, ensuring effective problem-solving

Training: organise and lead training sessions, producing the materials to support this

What you’ll need to be successful in this role

Experience working for business intelligence or consulting firms with knowledge of energy and power markets 

A role where you’ve helped the customer get value from services or a product, e.g. customer success, consulting or analyst
