The opportunity

A high-growth B2B SaaS company is looking for a content marketing manager to own its content function end to end.

This is a hands-on role for a clear, adaptable writer who enjoys taking complex subject matter and turning it into engaging narratives. Rather than just producing copy, you will take ownership of the full campaign cycle, from initial research and writing through to multi-channel distribution and performance tracking.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will have significant autonomy to shape how the business communicates with its audience and builds brand authority across the market.

About our client

Our client is an established UK tech business with 30 employees that provides specialised software solutions for enterprise organisations. They work closely with their customers to protect revenue, infrastructure, and user trust in an evolving digital environment.

What you will be doing

  • Create high-quality content including articles, web copy, case studies, email campaigns, and thought-leadership pieces.
  • Work closely with internal technical teams to translate complex data and domain research into clear messaging for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, website, social media, and sales enablement channels.
  • Manage day-to-day social media strategy, maintaining a steady publishing schedule and building organic engagement.
  • Support product marketing initiatives by developing customer-facing announcements, positioning documents, and sales collateral.
  • Track campaign performance, using data to refine distribution strategies and improve future content reach.

What you will need to succeed

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B content marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology.
  • Proven ability to write clear, compelling copy about complex or technical subjects.
  • Practical experience running end-to-end campaigns across digital channels, including email and social media.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to work independently to drive projects forward.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot is advantageous.

Benefits

  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and your birthday off.
  • Private medical insurance and life assurance.
  • Employer contribution pension scheme.

Application process

  • Initial introductory conversation with the recruitment team.
  • First-round interview with the Head of Marketing.
  • Final interview and practical presentation.
